Recoil 16" - Control Keys not Working

Hi,

I have bought another machine from PCS I am having a very weird problem the Ctrl B button isn't working but Cntl functions are working on other shortcuts Cntl C V . I have seen other people having the same issues with the Recoil 16 unit.

I have tired uninstalling the Drivers and reinstalling them. switching the computer on and off. tried many of the solutions on the internet have suggested is this windows 11 issue or a PCS issue?

Any assistance would be great as it is annoying not being able to use shortcuts on the keyboard.

Did you order with windows as you haven’t posted your full specs?

What are you trying to action ctl b within? Can you try it in something like a local word document?

What language keyboard setting are you using?

Ctl B is a standard windows shortcut, it’s not related to drivers or anything. If your B key is working ok and ctl is working fine in other uses then there’s nothing wrong with the keyboard.

Likely keyboard language is set to something other than English / American or the web page or something you’re entering it in isn’t registering it or doesn’t support it.
