Recoil 17 Liquid cooler bluetooth not identified.

Hello,

I've recently recieved my liquid cooler for my Recoil 17. I've paired it via bluetooth but then it goes offline , not connected. The light on the cooler is a blue blinking as if it's still looking to be paired. The cooler is the LCT22001.

I understand that I need to have it connected in order to see the liquid cooler settings under the Control Center.
I've tried removing the device and adding it again and it shows as connected for about 10 seconds and then goes not connected. As well I am missing the connect button in order to manually connect to it. Initially I tought it's a bluetooth issue or a Windows 11 issue. I checked the 3 dots to see if I can connect but I only have the option to remove device. ( Screenshot as attachment )

Would this be a cooler issue or a bluetooth issue ?

When I paired it initially I could only find the bluetooth from the cooler when the bluetooth device descovery was set to advanced.

would it be possible that the cooler is at fault ? I mean , I pair the cooler, it connects then disconnects without a possibility to connect again. and the light on it continues to blick blue as it's still searching to pair.

It could be the firmware needs updating on the cooler, probably best to call PCS.
