Recoil i9, 64Gb RAM, 4080 & liquid cooler review

I ordered a Recoil Series: 16" with Intel® Core™ i9 24 Core Processor 13900HX, 64GB RAM and NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 4080 earlier this year, along with a PCS Liquid Series® Laptop Cooler.

The laptop is excellent, by far the best I've owned so far. WH3 total war runs like a dream on all the top settings, while the laptop itself feels sleek and modern.

The cooler makes the difference between sounding like your on a jet engine about to take off and a low humming fan that blends into the background. The only snag I've found is attaching the water pipes to the laptop sometimes drips upon attachment (it is obvious when this happens). I've found that there is a bit of a trick to getting it right, now it's fine and simple to setup.

Hi micris, im considering the recoil 16. Whats your impression of the screen quality? I will be using it for graphics and 3d applications. Ive seen the same chassis used by other companies listing the screen as an IPS and was wondering if you think pc specialist are using these panels too?
