Hi,

it just happened again as one month ago, but the problems don`t disappear this time.
Some issues with my laptop screen (attached some pictures below).
Last time I have changed refresh rate from 240Hz to 60Hz and it worked for month or so and that is it now.
Tried to reinstall Intel and Nvidia drivers but no changes.
Has anyone ever experienced this kind of problems? does it mean my screen failed or something to do with graphics?
I have two monitors connected too, but they are absolutely fine.
If there is anything else I could try to be able to sort this or better just get in contact with PCS as its still under warranty (I have the laptop for 17 month now).

Thanks in advance

Take a screenshot, if the same shows on the screenshot, it's something related to graphics card, if it's not on the screenshot, then it's the physical screen. Turn it off for a while and let the screen cool down.

Hi,

first of all thanks for very quick response.
I quickly made a couple of pictures and screenshots and yes you`re right there is a difference.
This picture is made with my phone as a photo (this is what my eyes see)

and this one is made as a screenshot using Windows+PrtSc buttons on the keyboard

Yep, it’s the screen. As already said, power it fully off and let it cool down, see if it goes back to normal.

yeah I`ve already tried to cool it down for a few hours. doesn`t really help tbh and when it happened this morning the laptop was on just for 15 or 20 mins only. will try to get in touch with tech support tomorrow and arrange repairs.
thank you very much for your help

There have been a couple of others with the same issue on the recoil, does appear there may be a batch of bad panels out there
