all time favourite game = oblivion. I was introduced to it about 5 years ago, and i still play it today. and im sure i will keep playing it until the new one comes out in november - skyrim! (not a shooter though, its an rpg)
my favourite games are rpg games, and if you want a great fps/rpg then try borderlands. its awesome, and the expansions are wicked aswell.

Second Battlefield BC 2, so much better than CoD, before i get flamed its just my opinion Elder Scrolls a dead cert too, for a shooter/rpg theres always Deus Ex Human Revolution this year!

Try dead space 2, apparently it's awesome.
You have a decent story, lots of shooting and horrible fricken ugly beasts to dismember, it's OTS though.
