Recommend some hard drives?

Hello everyone I bought a great PC from PC Specialist back in October and it's still running fine without a problem.

But now I collect games and have far too many, So I need 2 hard drives. One for files, videos, music etc. One for programs and windows and one extra hard drive purely for games.

So I'd like to know which ones to get, 2 1tb harddrives would be preferable.

My current hard drive is 500GB SERIAL ATA 3-Gb/s HARD DRIVE WITH 8MB CACHE (7,200rpm)

Oh and it can't cost too much, so I'd compromise down to just 1tb.

I'd try and get one 2tb caviar black, then partition it.

OR

get a 1tb cav black for games, then a 1 or 2 tb green for ya music/movies/videos.

Hey that last suggestion sounds good to me!

I don't know if that's the right size for my PC, haven't been very technical at all lately, because I don't have a PC that needs fixing every week now.

Thanks for the help, 2tb for game footage, movies, music etc.

and then 500gb for games, and 500gb for programs. would break too many links in videos and cubase to move stuff off the 500gb.

damn thats a good price, my 2tb green was about 110 quid, -.-

they are pretty good though, i think they run a bit slower, but for music/movies/pics its perfect. N yeah it is the right size for ya desktop. 3.5 inch, :)

You could try seagates hard drives mate, probably just as good, worth looking into.

I'd certainly look at getting a good quality one, as ya want it to last :)
