Recommendations for new Laptop for running Photoshop / Preimer Pro / Editing & Colour grading 4k done footage

Looking to purchase a new lap top for a maximum of £1500 inc VAT

I mainly need it to use Photoshop (editing 40mb + RAW files), editing 4K video drone footage in Premier Pro
I need a decent amount of storage for lots of picture and video footage, a decent display 15.6" being the smallest display size and a decent amount of memory (32) and good CPU to make it a little future proof as this will be my only purchase for several years.......basically, the biggest bang for my buck :)
I would also like a keyboard that lights up as its handy when editing at night time.
