There is a Flashing red light coming from the mother board and it beeps when i start it up

Might be the SSD with the red light. How many beeps? Can you post your full spec from your order? Looks like your system boots ok despite the red light and beeps?

It will be either long or short beeps, we need to know the sequence. ie 1 long 3 short.

just tried it its one short beep

That's normal, that's a standard successful post, will happen every time the PC boots successfully.

it's normal, it's just the SSD activity light. There's nothing unusual about it.

Don't believe so, there's no firmware where you can set options on an SSD.

fair enough its just a little annoying when the red light clashes with different but more importantly there's nothing wrong with the pc

Yeah I think the PCS branded SSDs have a red light. I guess the heat sink is not covering it in this instance. But all seems normal
