Windows 10, Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.928 and it is "Windows 10 Home" (of course).
Ok, then the encryption (and hence BitLocker) is coming courtesy of Office365. It's not included at all in WIndows 10 Home. I'd guess that you'll need to activate your Office365 account after Windows installation in order to access the encrypted Office files.

It seems not. My files came down from the Cloud without me doing anything. Still, I switched encryption off and for the (very) few things I would like encrypted I will encrypt them manually!
