Reinstall windows links

I’ve seen a lot of post about the benefit of separate drives so if you reinstall windows you don’t wipe all your stuff.
Once you have done this how/what is the best way to reestablish your shortcuts and links to your programmes/games on the secondary drive now when windows has been reinstalled?

Programs need reinstalling. When you've reinstalled your game launcher (e.g. Steam) you can point it to the existing games library in the settings menu.

It's also possible to keep your Documents/Pictures/Video folders on your secondary drive as well: I'd fully recommend doing that.
