Replacing OS SSD for bigger capacity

Hi all

I've had my video editing PC for a couple of years and overall I'm really happy with it.

I originally specified a 75GB SSD for W7 and all my applications, believing that would be enough. Two years on, I'm using almost 70 of those precious GB and wonder if that's too much.

The machine seems to perform well enough but should I consider replacing the SSD with a 125 or 250GB drive, to give the programs a bit more room to breathe?

If so, how can I swap out the drives without having to reinstall the OS and all the programs? Can I clone the drive I have in there to the new drive and simply swap them? How do I do that?

All my data and the pagefile is spread across three separate traditional drives, configured for my video production workflow.
