Reset factory on my laptop. BSOD.

My laptop is dead/unusable. Tried all but unsuccessful except a command prompt maybe can fix it. I'm not techy but able to follow instructions. It's windows 10 and seen loads of youtube posts but never worked for me. Thanks.

Is this a PCSpecialist system? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

I'm not following what you're asking? When you say "dead/unusable" that doesn't tell us much, what are the symptoms?

Thank you for your reply. These are the only things i can see ( photos attached ) Tried many possible ways but failed. I hope you can help me. I managed to get the bitlocker key/password.

I honestly thought at least someone from PC Specialists can give me solution to this. I'm just so disappointed. I bought this gaming laptop for my son. Thank you anyway. I will buy next time from HP which was actually my initial pick before i decided this one.

We’re not PCS staff. We’re just customers who offer to help other customers where we can. But to do so, we need the information we asked for.

Of course, there’s also the official route of calling the PCS support phone number.
