Hi all. It's been 10 days since I've recieved my new laptop. Overall I've really enjoyed the process. I chose no OS when ordering so I had to install one manually. I ran into some issues but the PCSpecialist team got back to be right away via Email and I was able to install a fresh version of Windows and their website had all of the necessary drivers I needed. The specs are great for gaming (I was able to max out some of the older games I used to play @ 1080p & 144HZ like GTA V) and at a price of ~ £1400, other branded names were offering laptops for more than twice the price and with considerably less warranty.
I have ran into some issues with the trackpad where finger clicks are sometimes unresponsive and on one occasion the trackpad stopped working altogether until a restart but I haven't had this issue since. Hoping this was a one off ^_^
