Revised spec

I received some good advice a while back on a spec but after some thought I decided my budget could be extended and some gaming added....

the main use will be photo and video editing using lightroom5 and sony vegas or cyberlink, avchd files and probably 4k in the future, gaming will be games like far cry battlefield and grand theft. I am not a expert and my main concerns are a noisy pc so peace and quiet are important if possible so would extra fans or a better case be worthwhile and having a compatible system my budget is upto £1500 and any advice on this and the spec would be great Thanks David

More fans will add more noise, a silent case is going not going to decrease noise significantly and you compromise in cooling . You also don't need the i7-4770k if you not overclocking and the triple copper would be better.

Hi thanks for the reply, i chose the fast processor so the computer spec will last longer so would this spec be better..?? I removed the extra fan and used a I5 instead.... of course I can use a I7 as it is in my budget range..??
