RGB issue

I have a vortex ST and my RGB wont change apart from the cycling one. I cant use armour crate as the rgb strips dont work with it. I used to use AI suite 3 and now when I download it there s not option for the lighting control which used to work. I've redownloaded it and there is still no option for the lightning control. I'm not sure what else to do. If anyone can help me that would be class.

You'd need to register the PC with PCS which will give you access to your account, then if you could post the full specs we should be able to help out.

Just give them a call to register it, they just need proof of purchase.
