RGB KEYBOARD NOT WORKING - MODEL GI5CN5E

Good morning guys,
I bought a laptop from a friend, but she didn't find the invoice, and she didn't register with an email at the time of purchase.
it is working perfectly, but i cant change the keyboard color. I don't have access to the downloads session because I don't have her data.

Could someone help me to download the correct Control Center and drivers please? Thank you all

The only way to get drivers is to register the device with PCS I’m afraid. TongFang don’t have a public facing repository, they only supply drivers through the system integrators.

It’s to avoid supporting stolen devices.

It’s also not possible to order from PCS without having an online account.

It would be up to your friend to transfer the warranty.

I downloaded 3 control center models and ended up getting the laptop right..

Now it's working perfectly.

How would you organise it then?

Bear in mind that PCS don't write any of the drivers and that this chassis vendor, who does have a significant input to driver code, does not have a public repository. Also bear in mind that for GDPR and security reasons, PCS can only deal with the original registered owner of any build, so second hand buyers have to arrange to get the ownership transferred to them in order to receive support from PCS.

With all that in mind, how would you organise it in a "more modern" way?
