how do i unzip it sorry if i sound dumb
just double click it and say where you want to unzip it.

zip is just an archive, it just encapsulates the files within in a container and shrinks it in the process.

Unzipping it does nothing other than unpack contents. It's like unpacking a suitcase.

You can unzip it anywhere you normally keep storage or to your desktop, doesn't matter, anywhere.

Then you just run the installer.

I have the same pc with the same problem mate i have tried everything with no luck so given up and left it as it is
Ive just checked mine, by any chance have they plugged the strip in the wrong way round? My strip was plugged in so the power for it was on the wrong pin. If youre talking about just the strip that is :)
