RMA 'click to create address label' broken

I'm returning a component of my system for replacement, and got an email that gave a link to print the return label (https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/cust_rma/print_address.php?rc=XXXXX) ... but it doesn't work - it just takes me to my admin page.

In the absence of this label, do I need to do anything special, or can I just write the address and RMA number?

I hung around twice this morning for 1hr+ on Live Chat without success in connecting to a PCS rep ...

I'd advice you to call them instead. You can just write the address and include the RMA number on the label.

You can just write our address and the RMA number, that's all it contains really, I'll let PCS know so he can have a look at this.

c-hri-s i was also on the live chat for an hour this morning, being number 1 in the queue and an estimated 1minute till connection for a good 30mins. Must of been a problem in their system.
