I'm returning a component of my system for replacement, and got an email that gave a link to print the return label (https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/cust_rma/print_address.php?rc=XXXXX) ... but it doesn't work - it just takes me to my admin page.
In the absence of this label, do I need to do anything special, or can I just write the address and RMA number?
