RMA Duration/Length

Hello I would just like to know how long the RMA process usually take?

My laptop got picked up on Friday and just got an email that the laptop is currently with them and they are having a look

The issue with it was no display on boot though the laptop LED's would come on and the hard disk would spin.

Roughly how long does the usual RMA take? anyone with passed experiences good or bad?

I think it honestly just depends on the fault, bare in mind they've probably only just started looking today.

I'd maybe give them a few working days and if you've had no updates at all you can give them a buzz to get an update. In my experience I've had really good responses from PCS but sometimes they're quite busy and things take a bit longer.
