rma question :)

hi there my pc was picked up on friday and i thought it would be back at pcs today, yet on the website it still says waiting collection on the rma section. i am getting worried, is this normal , should they have it back now and should the web sire rma be updated , thanks

It is normal, i think it took 3 working days for mine to be shown in my account.
