Roaring noise from my Corsair vs 350 PSU

I keep getting a loud roaring noise from my Corsair vs 350 PSU, usually when the desktop pc is turned on for the first time of the day. It sometimes gets even louder. I have tried air duster cleaning it, tightening the mounting screws, but still from time to time the roaring sound comes back. Do I need a new PSU?

How old is the PC? When did the noise start? Is it fan noise or some other kind of noise?

If you can take a recording and upload it that would be helpful.

I remember with these VS units, sometimes the advise was to invert the PSU mounting as that would allow the bearing to operate quieter.
