RTX 3060 TI Monitor Advice

I've recently just put an order through for a new pc which my friend helped me sort out very much looking forward to it. One thing I'm having trouble deciding on is what monitor is best to go with for 3060TI 1080P or 1440p monitor. I don't tend to play AAA games that often and blend my time with a console. Was looking at Gigabyte G27F 1080P 144HZ 27inch originally but not sure if I am limiting myself with sticking 1080P. I have done research into the card benchmarks etc. Just wondered if anyone has advice or suggestions? Sorry if the above doesn't make much sense first time coming back to pc gaming in over 10 years

100% get a 1440p 144Hz monitor mate. I have a 3060Ti and paired it with a Samsung G5, the jump from 1080p to 1440p is enormous

I'd recommend the AOC CQ27G2U- Own one and liking it a lot. Very solid 1440p monitor for a decent price. If you can spend a bit more, there's an IPS panelled ASUS monitor for £300 that seems like a steal!

A full recommendation for the Asus as the best value-for-money option, given how much better it performs than the VA monitors that are just a bit cheaper.
