RTX 4090 Build - Question About CPU Cooler + Thoughts

Hello All,

It's been around 5 years since my last PCS build and it is time for an upgrade. I game on 4K TV and on ultra wide monitor. Pretty much everything on max settings (as much as I can). Below is the spec I am going for and I had a question regarding the CPU cooler. I do not plan to overclock my CPU (never did with my last build) and initially I had chosen the H150i, but it is currently out of stock and all they have is the "H115i". Will this provide good cooling for the CPU for 4K + ultra-wide gaming? Games like CoD, Cyberpunk, Starfield, etc. Thank you.
