Greetings all,
Yesterday I received my pre-built over clocked ryzen build with the following
Now when I got the pc of course I was excited as ever, installed the gpu I already had and that was all good too.
However I wanted to get rid of ryzen master simply because when I had used it in the past when building my own pc I wasn't a huge fan. But to make sure I sent a email to pc specialist asking if this was fine to uninstall.
Then me being a impatient idiot saw the °bios overclock file° in my order and thought well that answers it. All overclocking is done in the bios. I went ahead and uninstalled ryzen master.
This is when I got the email back that ryzen master is important for the performance boost overdrive. Well bugger...
I emailed back and got a different chap who I think misunderstood as he said as long as no overclocking was done in ryzen master I should be fine.
Now performance wise all seems fine.
Aida64 test I'm doing 65-69 and clocks look the same as before uninstalling ryzen master. However it may be just paranoia but in re2 remake I swear the temps have went up from 63c max to 65-71. Fan loud as hell too compared to when last played. Again may just be in my head.
Please help clear my paranoia guys should I have uninstalled ryzen master? Is there some settings I can import?
Cheers
