Screen jitter / movement

This is the final thing i will post here today i promise!

When looking at the forum page and/or google searches, my screen moves up/down by around half a millimeter whenever i move the mouse over one of the threads.
If i rapidly move the mouse over a long list of them the screen looks almost blurred due to the fast up/down movement.

Anyone know what might be causing this? When the mouse is still or moving in blank space there is no screen jitter.

PCS installed windows.

Think it could be another driver thing?
I did try re-installing the nvidea drivers but that didn't help.

if you go to device manager, check for any exclamation marks. Better, post a screenshot of the window

I didnt install it myself no.

Hmmm on further investigation it seems to be isolated to google chrome. internet explorer does not do the same thing. I will try re-download that and see if the issue disappears
