Screen Problems - Returns Policy Question

I've a problem with my Laptop's screen, I've a dead pixel and a couple of marginally darker spots on the screen.
The darker spots aren't noticeable on a moving background (video etc.) But on static pages it's kinda noticeable(a few shades darker on a white background for example)

I bought the laptop a little over a month ago and got the 3 year silver warranty.

Is this something I can change the screen out on or not?

Hey Luke, you might want to take a couple of pictures of the points in question and attach them on here so we can have a look-see

They're rather faint, doubt a camera will pick it up, it's one of those things that once you see it though it'll keep annoying you.

The darker spots are hard to pick up on the camera with focusing issues.
