Second hand laptop, no drivers included for GK7CP0S.

Good day,

I have had my Laptop - Model GK7CP0S for over a year now, and I have been able to source and installed the drivers, although I have never been quite satisfied with the Sound Blaster drivers and wondered if someone was able to point me to a more complete version, as the one I got was very minimal and didn't include and software which allows me to tweak the sound. Any assistance would be appreciated.

If you bought it second hand, it's up to the seller to transfer ownership to you as part of the sale, without that I'm afraid you won't be elligible for any support from PCSpecialist. Sellers are aware of this, so if they haven't done this, then it suggests you may have been ripped off.

Unfortunately it's never going to work properly without the proper drivers.

@SpyderTracks Thanks for your reply, I was given the laptop so I don't feel too ripped off luckily it's from my cousin so I will ask him if he still has the details. I do find it a bit strange however, that PCSpecialist are so funny about driver support.
