Send in own case

This may be a dumb thread but I'm trying to send my own case in and I can't find the option for it, when I'm at "1) select a case" all I can see are the cases PCS has already and nothing else. Am I just not looking in the right place?

I believe they're looking on the overclocked configurator which doesn't appear to list it. I've queried with admins, but I suspect due to applying warranty on the overclock they can't have just any case.
