Seriously pcs?

I had spoken with someone at customer services about the games that I was supposed to be receiving, since they were never included it my welcome pack (-_-), and when it arrived, the scratching section that was supposed to be there had been scratched off, but I paid no notice and have found out that when I've tried to renew it, the games have been activated already! Seriously? I expected more from PCS.

This is the second time something similar has happened, and It's starting to get on my nerves! SORT IT OUT PCS!

they sent you games twice that have been activated? Since the forum is not an official channel for support try contacting PCS directly. Hope you get it sorted.

You get your game at least, but seriously after my thread i know that forum is not connected with pcs at all so if you wish to sort it out just contact them via email or make a call.

Uhm, it is connected to PCS...it is their forum...

What has been said to you and others is that it is not an official line of support.

The community on here helps a lot of people with technical and configuratron issues/questions. PCS staff do post about announcements, but also in help threads when they have time. This in fact is usually done OUTSIDE of working hours.

If you want direct support from PCS about an issue with your PCS order/rig, then phone/email PCS (http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/contact-us/). Also, post here and see if anyone can help, but with regards to this thread in particular, it is only something PCS can help with, so really can only be dealt with via email/phone/live chat.

Depending on the game, certain game cards come without the scratching film (annoyingly).

It's starting to get on my nerves! SORT IT OUT PCS!

Im just writing how it is, its not my imagination. Customer is not very important for pcs, sample? They told me twice about dispatch day and i took day off at work to pick it up (dpd courier become my friend now after many of returns), but nothing came i spent 2 days for waiting and received nothing.

I am sure nobody doubts your story but it seems that you keep informing of the same issue on different posts trying to damage PCS's reputation. There are always 2 sides on any story and from what I have read they apologized as well as promising a refund.

Can you not get it delivered/picked up to/from work? That's what I always do. No need for them to come to my house ever.

Sorry to hear that, we had a slight delay in emails yesterday due to a system upgrade. I will get someone to look into this matter today for you.

I am sorry that your experience was less than satisfactory, as I said the forums are not the official channels of support and like I have already told you if you have issues with the service you have received, keep it to your own thread do not derail others.

Lets keep this on track folks, Armin22 has an issue with the activation of a game and we are working to resolving this with him.
