Skyfire II 17.3 vs Vortex III 17.3

I am wondering why there is a £170 price difference between these two chassis, even though they're the same size (17.3").

Is this because the Clevo (Vortex) chassis offers a better build quality than the Skyfire (MSI) ? Also, are the 1920 x 1080 LED screens the same in both models?

Just had another look at the features and I wondering if it's because of the fingerprint scanner and the premium Onkyo speakers built into the Vortex III chassis?
