Hi

I want to get a Mini ITX PC for Linux. I have speked a PC but not sure about graphics. It will be mainly used for photo editing and the usual web surfing, youtube etc. I am looking at getting a Dell U2515H IPS screen. The system I'm looking at says it has an Intel graphics media accelerator HD. I'm guessing this is the built in / on board chip set? so...

1: Would I be able to plug in the screen OK (Can't remember the connector name but it's not Serial).

2: Do I need a card if so which one? I do not do any gaming at all but do watch Youtube video's quite a lot.

:)

Hi,

The built in video capability in the current generation processors will be fine for general use. The motherboard will probably come with HDMI and/or DVI which will be fine for most monitors. For just general use and photo editing I think the on-board is going to be fine.
