Anyways, I wont be buying OS from PC specialist since they are asking for around £109 for w7 pro whilst I can buy for £45..
So would I be able to ask them to install the OS if I gave them the key?

I think you are able to request to have a specific OS to be installed (trial) and you could enter the key once you get the laptop. I think it is also possible to give them the key but for an official response drop them an email or give them a call.
