Some feedback / advice from those who know!

My current rig is almost 7 years old and has done me proud but it's time for an upgrade. I generally only use it for gaming, which I do a lot of so speccing this to last a while. My budget is £2.5-3k and I play on a ultrawide 3440x1440 (34" ASUS TUF Gaming VG34VQL1B)

Not ordered yet so plenty of time to make changes. I also wanted to know which brand of 7900XTX is used too, if it's one I'm not keen on I'll probably buy separately - a Taichi or Red Devil. I have another M2 drive which I'd be adding once it arrives. I've watch some reviews and tests that have confirmed that RAM speed with the 7800X3D is pretty negligible in terms of performance gains and is one of the areas to potentially save some cash short term.
