Speakers issues.

Hello to all,

I am having some problems with my computers surround system. It was working early afternoon, I turned my computer off to go for a walk for a few hours, came back and now it doesnt work. Though my headset does.

When I have plugged my speakers in and turned them on, I click on the speaker in the bottom corner (by the computer date, clock) and can see the sound bar moving, but no sound. I can hear my speakers fuzzing though when I turn them up.

I have noticed that my 'Xonar DG Audio Center' isnt open when my computer starts (did this afternoon) and now it wont open at all when I double click or run as Administrator.

I have put in my sound driver disc but all it says is ''Please plug in Xonar DG Audio Device!''.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Lee.

Try reinstalling the audio driver from device manager by right clicking on the device and selecting "update driver software" then browse to the source whether it be a disk or drivers downloaded from manufacturers website, might be worth uninstalling audio driver before doing this.
