Spec Check/Power supply

Hi, I was just wandering if the power supply on this is enough or if anyone can see anything that could be a problem, since I don't know about these type of things myself so would appericate any help. Thanks in advance.

A lot comes down to your budget, what you plan to use the system for - games, design or photoshop etc.

also type of monitor you plan to use, size, 1080p, 1440p, 4K.

a quick google of what PSU for 2060 shows 550w.

however would advise higher but again depends on usage.

there are definitely other changes that could be made.

Mostly for VR gaming and other games, so most probably keep it around 1080p which is the monitor I have now as well. My budget is £1,200 ish which this build comes just under.

Eeek, I wouldn’t recommend anything under a 2070 Super for VR... unless you like vomiting on your keyboard. You might be better off waiting for the release of the 3060, you’re much less likely to get the motion sicks.

I was kind of hoping for a 2070 Super but couldn't see a option for it, maybe I should check again on 3rd next month now or maybe hold out for a bit longer.

You may have a long wait, the 2000 series is being replaced by the 3000 series.

look in to the RTX 3060 RTI, check its performance against 2070 and 2080 cards...

They stopped making 2000 series cards a few months ago and there won't be any more new ones delivered.

3000 series cards are substantially better in every way though and cheaper for the same performance.
