Spec for first time Gaming PC

Hi
I don’t have much knowledge on PC’s and Was wondering if anyone could recommend me a spec for a gaming PC including a monitor. Mostly would require it for football manager and ideally would like to be able to run it on the highest settings (been told this would require around 16GB of RAM) and other steam games. Budget would be between £800-£1200. Many thanks

No problem thank you very much! If the PC was solely made for football manager and no other games would there be any changes you would make?
