Spec for my new laptop, any advice on changes before buying :)

Spec for my laptop, willing to pay upto £600 with some tweaks,
Will be used for school work mostly, as well as social networks and internet bassed games.
Need advice on changes if its worth it! Not particularly bothered with the case designs, just needs to work for what i want it to :)

You might want to think about toning the CPU down to something a bit more 'reasonable' such as a 2410M (20% performance difference), given your prospected usage.

I would recommend a 2630QM although it's not available for the Genesis.

Unfortunately the low spec laptop range aren't the best value for money that PCS offers, and you will likely find more competitive prices elsewhere if you looked hard enough (upgrading things like the hard drive aftermarket of course).

If you can afford the jump, I'd personally go for an Enigma III 540 with its 1080p screen - making it stand out from the rest of the crowd in a very packed notebook market.
