what will this computer mainly be used for? gaming, photo/video editing ect.
16gb RAM is a bit overkill (if your gaming then you don't need more than 4), and if you're spending that much money on a PC then i would advise going for an Intel build. you don't need that processor cooling unless you are planning to overclock, and if you are planning to overclock then go with the 1600MHz RAM. i will be able to advise alot more when i know what this computers main use is.
