Static sound replacing all sound in certain games

Hello can someone help me get to the bottom of this infinite static sound that replaces normal game sound for example I start call of duty warzone and the static starts and i cannot hear any game audio i tried this on Sea of thieves it also done the same thing could it be missing drivers or something to do with the system sound. This never happened apart from those 2 games

You mentioned it only happens when you play those two games, it doesn't happen when you do anything else (including playing other games)?

What is plugged into where? i.e. Is it a headset, is it plugged into the front or rear of the motherboard audio jacks, is it usb, etc.

Im using bluetooth Airpods i also tried with a different bluetooth headset and the only other weird thing is that discord wont allow me to use microphone and output on the same headset i can only have either output sound on the microphone working at once not both

i do think it might be a bluetooth problem

How are you connecting to bluetooth? You have none configured on that build?
