Strange AMD driver on Intel board

Hi guys,

Bought an Intel system with a Nvidia 4090RTX. All works fine, but /I've noticed under system devices in Device Manager I have 2 "AMD Special Tools Driver" entries. I thought this was strange as there is nothing AMD related in the system. I was wondering if it could be something left over from testing. Should I remove the 2 devices or just leave them? The PC is a Z790 chipset with an Intel 14900k CPU.

Yeah, no sign of anything AMD in that system, does seem odd. If it were me I’d probably do a clean install as you don’t know what else may be left over.
