Streaming and Game Dev PC - What do you guys think?

So I'm planning on upgrading my desktop PC to the new Ryzen 5000 platform since I had my Intel 9th gen system since December 2018 and there's a new Oddworld game coming out next month called Soulstorm and I want to build a faster system for it to handle streaming that game and my Unity game development work. I will be hiring a development team to work on a game called Bop It NuJamz and then once that game is done, our team have plans to work on a game in VR called Bop It Smooth Groovz based on the Groove It game. We had a chat with the inventor of these games back in December last year and he agrees we can make fan games like these. Also I have plans to be working on other game remakes, one of them being Twice Ze Flavor which will be built on an engine called RELIVE remastering the original assets from Abe's Exoddus. So what do you guys think of this build? Would it be able to handle everything I have planned to do?

That PSU is no where near enough to power that system mate gimme two minutes I'll have a look

This is what I'd be looking at. You really need 32GB of RAM if you're going to be doing 3D modelling I've also went for a cheaper CPU cooler that will do the job for a bit cheaper. Also adjusted your storage, put a better Wifi card in (offers 5G option and has bluetooth) and most importantly put a reliable PSU that will likely outlast every other component in the build and also give you loads of room to upgrade for years to come.

Main question is the OS, I'm taking it you have one that you'll install yourself?

I’d put the RMx PSU personally and 3600mhz ram, other than that good build by @Steveyg
