Today i wan't to upgrade my RAM to 6gb, and when i want to open the ram slots (2 screws) the screws is stripped, tilted, and just keep spinning in the same place while every 360 turn making a crackling sound on the back cover.

Model: HP G4-1130TX
Original RAM: 2gb

Help me to freely open the screws without damaging any internal parts

This forum belongs to PC Specialist who build and sell custom PCs and laptops, so the support here for HP machines might not be as detailed as what you might get on another forum like the HP website, or a general forum like Tom's Hardware.

What I would say is that with some laptop models it's quite normal for the screws to turn and get loose but not come out to stop them being lost.

There are videos on youtube of people opening up laptops that are apparently G4s.:
This seems to show what you want: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0IFfWdf1JQ
This is a guy doing a full teardown of the laptop, probably beyond what you are after: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H-GirXvR6Hs

Off-the-shelf laptops often have service manuals, which go into how to open the machine up (unlike user manuals that tell you about how to use the PC). It seems the HP G4 series has a service manual:
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03137358
Page 48 says how to remove the battery, page 49 describes how to remove the "service cover" and page 53 describes how to replace RAM once you've done that.

Pages 49/50 also describe how to remove the DVD drive, but for your purposes you probably only need to follow the parts relevant to removing the service cover as it does not appear you need to remove the DVD drive to access the RAM slots.

Hope that's of some help anyway :)

So wait, the screwdriver is able to turn the screw, but the screw is loose and keeps spinning around and not coming out? That sounds really odd to me!

I think that's quite common for laptops to have captive screws for those panels. And I believe the captive screws can keep spinning even after they are as loose as they are going to get. I say that having sat there spinning them, wondering why they won't come out, before realising they weren't meant to...
