So, unfortunately I had to return my £1600 Defiance laptop after a couple of weeks after noticing a stuck pixel near the centre of the screen (thank goodness I took out the dead pixel insurance!)
It was collected weds + arrived at PCS thurs (according to DPD tracking) but as yet no updates... still says awaiting collection on the PCS website RMA info.
Anyone know how long the turnaround time is for this type of issue ? do they actually replace the screen or swap out the whole chassis?
