Supreme FX ii / Soundmax, randomly started seeing my microphone, as lineIn. Cdplayer?

So all was fine yesterday and today i go onto teamspeak to find no one can hear me, so i check soundmax, and it sayd cdplayer connected. So then I uninstall soundmax and reinstall, still saying cd, whats happened? ---> https://gyazo.com/59210bebf2a795a873fb30426a8944d6 theres a picture of what comes up.
