How does it look? I'm wanting a computer that can pretty much play anything on high > ultra settings and I also want it to be fast with loading webpages etc.

For gaming and web browsing the i7 processor won't provide any benefit and the money could be better spent improving the GPU (not that the 6970 is a bad card so if you simply wanted to save money you could just drop down the processor).

I don't think the fan controller is very useful, and to be honest if I did want a fan controller the NZXT Sentry isn't the one I would choose as it is fairly limited (although it is cheap).

I would therefore suggest the following - a little more expensive than your original selection but if you wanted to save money you could drop the GPU down to an HD7970 (or even back to an GTX580, which is pretty much equivalent to your original 6970 but probably slightly better).
