In the last couple of days I've noticed an odd tapping sound coming from my PC that I can't quite identify. It's not so much a 'clicking' sound, but sounds more like a woodpecker than anything, and as you can probably appreciate, is a little concerning.
I'll be able to provide a recording when I'm home from work. The only thing that's recently changed is that I've got a new router, and the problem never occurred before that, but it seems unlikely that that was the cause of something coming from the PC itself.
