Temperature ranges for the Optimus IV

Ok, so I wasn't too happy with cooling recently so I decided to re-paste.

Everything seems ok so far, just wondered what a good temperature ranges for the CPU and GPU are.

Was doing some encodes yesterday running on full power from mains utilizing 100% CPU and the cooling was keeping the CPU between 70-75C. Is this reasonable?

Very similar to my Optimus IV when under load. Mine are probably a shade higher, I see mid 80s when the CPU is under load. I never stress the GPU (I don't game) so that never gets very warm.

I've got the Optimus V 13.3" which I believe is a similar setup albeit in a smaller chassis.

I regularly hit the mid to high 70s and nudge 80 on occasion so id say it seems reasonable. You could always invest in some external cooling if you are not happy?
