We love you Ukraine
Is there a reason you’re replacing your 2018 computer?

What do you use it for?

what screen are you pairing it with, what resolution and refresh rate or make and model if you’re unsure?

We'll need some info before making recommendations.

1) Budget, what do you plan to spend? and do you need anything in that budget like a monitor, keyboard and mouse
2) Monitor, do yo already have a monitor you plan to use? If so what's the make and model or resolution AND refresh rate. If you plan to upgrade your monitor in the next few months what's the info for that
3) Use case, what will you be using it for? Gaming? If so what games and will you be streaming? Work? Are there any specific programs you need to run we should be aware of?

Thanks for the info! I assume by "ill be getting a 1440p though" those monitors are 1080p? And for 1440p 144hz, the 3070 should be ample. The 3070 also has a much shorter wait time than the 3080 (by like more than half). The 3090's do have a shorter wait time but will also likely push you out of the budget, and are really designed for 8K which won't be neccessary here. Alternatively, you could buy the build without a GPU/ lower end GPU and try to source one yourself, although with the popularity of the 3080 cards, I'd reckon you'll be very lucky to get one from all the bots

As you already have a new PC, are you planning on running a dual PC setup or is this PC just to replace the older one.

Sorry for all the questions, just wanna make sure I get it right!

Based on the idea that the above statments are true and this is a PC to replace your current one, this is the build I'd go with. This build does come a bit over your initial £2400 budget but I feel it's worth it. If this PC is to replace your current one, you could copy the Windows Key across which will save you £85 which will take you under the inital £2400.

Case you've chosen is a great choice. By adjusting the spending I've managed to get the new generation of Ryzen 9 in there which will give you fantastic performance for streaming. The X570 really the board you want to pick for a Ryzen 7 or Ryzen 9. 32GB was the right choice but I've changed it to 2 sticks as there have been reports of issues with Ryzen 5000 and 4 sticks of RAM (this also gives you the choice to upgrade to 64GB if you feel the need) and removed the RGB to save some money. As mentioned earlier, I feel a 3070 will comfortably run a 1440p 144hz monitor and means you'll save 2-4 months waiting for a GPU. If you did want to go for a 3080, you could swap the Ryzen 9 for the Ryzen 7 5800X which will still be a good performing chip (especially for gaming) and take the price down a bit. For storage, I've gone for a Gen 4 M.2 SSD to load Windows at the click of your fingers, a 1TB M.2 SSD for your Games and Programs then a 2TB HDD for all your general files such as photos, videos and documents. I've changed the PSU to a higher quality RM850 unit which will run the system more comfortably and leave room for upgrades down the line. The H100i is a fantastic choice but the Corsair thermal paste is already high quality so the extra stuff can be dropped. I've upgraded the wifi card to the AX200 which has 5.0Ghz bandwith as well as bluetooth, although if you use a wired connection this can be removed to save about £20. I've also removed the antivirus as it's known to cause
issues.

For Monitor 1440p 144hz monitor recommendations, the Samsung G5 is a forum favourite but is actually beaten by the AOC CQ27G2U in this RTings review. They're both curved monitors but if you'd prefer a Flat panel AOC does the flat version called the Q27G2U. All three can be found for £300 online currently. They're all VA panels, but if you're looking for an IPS you'd have to raise the budget a bit. Moderator Rakk recently got an IPS ASUS TUF VG27AQ and seems to be enjoying it (thread about the discussion here). That monitor is about £450.
