I recently ordered the thermal take x71 case along with 5 ll120 Corsair fans + fan controller. I’ve looked everywhere, can’t find any controller/Corsair icue only picks up my h150i elite capelix. The fans are registered/rgb works on all the fans. But I can’t change anything, due to the non existent fan controller. Any help please?

If the fan controller is not already installed, then you'll need to get on to PCS for them to rectify the missing parts - maybe even have to RMA the machine to get them to retrofit it and the wiring if you're not comfortable doing it yourself.

I assume it's this sort of thing that should be in the case somewhere...
