Hey,
I need to upgrade from my current PC which is pretty awful for modern games. I had a budget of about £800 and came up with this. Will be used for mainly gaming but other more basic stuff like Word documents, web surfing etc. Any pointers would be very helpful,

Also, could you advise any good budget keyboards? Since I have a nice mouse but will have very little money after I get this.

It will perform better than the one you posted initially. You should be able to max Arma, regarding keyboards/mouse depends on your budget

Just seemed to good to be true. The game looks great and would run me about £40 on steam so it coming free with the PC is pretty neat.

I purchased a system from PCS which also came with Watch Dogs for free. I can confirm it is a uPlay code which is a bummer but o well its free! I added it to uPlay and nothing has appeared in My Games section but I guess nothing will until the game officially launches =)

Another quick question. Will this be able to support better graphics cards, such as the GTX 780 or the GTX 780 Ti? If I want to upgrade.

You might want to consider upgrading the PSU if you are planning to upgrade the graphics card. To give you an idea, if you go to the configurator and make your rig with the 780 or 780Ti it will tell you if you need a beefier PSU

Said "Everything you have selected will be compatible." And the 780 Ti ran me £400 more.

That surprises me, I'd still consider a beefier PSU personally. 650W for 1 780Ti seems reasonable.

Opps, read it wrong. 650w Is better since it could go up to 607w with any of the 780's. How easy would it be to install a new power supply? Since I don't plan to upgrade for a while and can wait of having a new card.

Well its not difficult really, its just you'd need to route all of the cables etc. and make sure you don't break anything. If you're comfortable inside the PC and take your time it wont be a problem.
